The final league match between Rajasthan Royals (RR) and Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) on Sunday, May 19, was abandoned due to rain. As a result, RR, who had a chance to finish second, had to settle for third place. This abandonment benefited Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH), allowing them to secure the second spot.
