In the Match 62 of IPL 2023, at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on Monday, Gujarat Titans sealed a fantastic win over Sunrisers Hyderabad 34 runs and have entered the playoffs. Ever since Hyderabad started chasing a total of 189 runs put up by Gujarat Titans, they look clueless in front of Hardik Pandya’s bowlers as they kept losing wickets at regular intervals and as a result, they were restricted to just 154 runs. SRH batter Klaasen did try to put up a fight as he scored 64 runs off just 44 deliveries but then it was not enough.
Gujarat Titans’ bowlers bowled a disciplined line and length and kept torturing Hyderabad’s batter. Mohammed Shami and Mohit Sharma were in scary form for GT and scalped four wickets each respectively.
Earlier, after winning the toss, Sunrisers Hyderabad invited Gujarat Titans to bat first, and terrific innings from Shubman Gill and Sai Sudharsan powered Gujarat Titans to 188/9 in 20 overs against Sunrisers Hyderabad in Match 62 of IPL 2023, at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on Monday. Gill made a brilliant century (101 runs off 58 balls) while his colleague Sai Sudharsan also played a crucial knock of 47 runs off 36 balls and helped their team to reach a decent total.
