Rishabh Pant in IPL 2023: Delhi Capitals' star player Rishabh Pant is all set to make his first appearance in the 2023 season of world's richest T20 tournament - Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 - following his horrific car crash last year in December. The star wicket-keeper batter will attend Delhi Capitals' match against defending champions Gujarat Titans at Delhi's Ferozeshah Kotla Ground, tomorrow (April 3). Pant is still on the road to recovery after suffering major injuries in a horrific car crash, forcing him to miss this year's IPL and ODI World Cup 2023 in India.
"There's good news for our spectators tomorrow. Despite his injury, Rishabh Pant is coming to support his team. He is a star of Delhi (Capitals). I hope spectators will give him a clap that he is coming among his cricketers despite such injury," Rajan Manchanda, Joint Secretary, DDCA, told ANI.
"DDCA is eagerly waiting for him on ground. Whatever DDCA will be able to do for him, we will be ready for that. I think that is a big news in Indian circle also. Despite the injury, he is coming," he added.
