“Just cheer when I arrive to bat, cheer when I hit a six, cheer when I take a wicket and cheer at the toss too. This time, there shouldn’t be any other colour at the stadium. Especially the chants and the colours. That’s my only wish for them,” says Pandya.

Hardik Pandya To Miss Mumbai Indians IPL 2025 Opener
Despite being the captain of Mumbai Indians, Hardik Pandya will miss their opening match of IPL 2025. He is serving a one-match ban due to a third over-rate offence committed by the franchise during their final league game of IPL 2024 against Lucknow Super Giants.
As the penalty carries over to the new season, Hardik will be unavailable for MI’s high-profile opener against Chennai Super Kings (CSK) on Sunday, March 23.
