India's all-format skipper Rohit Sharma, who is not part of the ongoing Windies tour, took to Twitter to congratulate Axar Patel for his match-winning performance.

New Delhi: Team India's star spinner Axar Patel, playing the 40th One-Day-International match of his cricketing career, remained not out on 64 runs off just 35 balls to finish the second ODI with a six on the fourth ball of the final over to seal a 2-0 series win for his team. Axar had come out to bat at number seven when India needed 107 runs for the win from 11.2 overs. With the last two balls remaining, Axar delivered a well-timed six to help India chase down mammoth 312 runs. Ind vs WI 2nd ODI was team India's second match in the three-match ODI series that went down to the very last over.
