Clearly, the hosts are the overwhelming favorites against West Indies in the T20 international series, courtesy a superior head to head record and current form in the shortest format of the game.
The T20I series is important for both the teams as it will be considered as a build up to the ICC T20 World Cup slated to take place in Australia, next year.
"208 to defend, on any day you'd take that 10 out of 10 times. Where we lost the game was the extras and our bowling. Our execution was poor. If we had executed the plans we had spoken about, it would have been a different scenario despite the good batting wicket," said Pollard and that's exactly what the visitors need to do to make a comeback in the series.
India T20I Squad: Virat Kohli (captain), Rohit Sharma (vice-captain), Shikhar Dhawan (replaced by Sanju Samson), KL Rahul, Shreyas Iyer, Manish Pandey, Rishabh Pant (wicket-keeper), Shivam Dube, Washington Sundar, Ravindra Jadeja, Yuzvendra Chahal, Kuldeep Yadav, Deepak Chahar, Mohammed Shami, Bhuvneshwar Kumar.
