Australian all-rounder Glenn Maxwell, who was watching the match, took to his social media account and compared him with the Brazilian footballer

World No. 8 ODI bowler, Yuzvendra Chahal failed to create an impact with the ball in the first ODI against England at Trent Bridge. However, he still managed to trend on social media during and after the game.

In his quota of 10 overs, Chahal leaked 51 runs and managed to dismiss English skipper Eoin Morgan on 19 in the 20th over. Meanwhile happened an incident which grabbed all the eyeballs.

It happened during the 28th over, when Hardik Pandya attempted to run Ben Stokes out. Pandya’s throw missed the stumps but smashed into Chahal's right knee. After getting hit, the wrist spinner was seen rolling on the ground in pain, wearing a smile on his face.
