IND VS AUS 1ST TEST: Australia Women's Cricket team captain Alyssa Healy has won hearts with her beautiful gesture after the conclusion of the 1st Test between India Women and Australia Women. The Australian skipper was spotted clicking some memorable moments and not just that, what made people and sporting world adore and respect Healy was the fact that she captured India Women's team winng moments with the trophy. Sports is a competitive platform but what makes sports beautiful are these beautiful moments of respect, discipline and empathy that make people around the globe take and watch sports. Irrespective of the fact that Australia lost to India for the very first time in Tests in Women's cricket, there were no signs of anguish or ego as both the teams had harmony and respect amongst them and thereby, setting a footprint of an example in how to take a defeat and maintain dignity and respect.

After winning the toss and electing to bat first, Australia Women's team wanted to take advantage of the pitch of Wankhede, given the batting friendly nature of the iconic stadium in Mumbai. However, that wasn't the case as Australia got off to a horrible start and were already stuttering at 7/2 inside two overs. The ever-consistent Beth Mooney and Tahila McGrath restored stability and registered an 80-run stand before Sneh Rana got rid off Tahila McGrath. Australia were bundled out for the score of 219 with Pooja Vastrakar being the pick of the bowlers. 

Deepti Sharma continued her purple patch with the bat as she scored 78 to take India past 400 and India finished their first innings on 406. Australia in reply couldn't match with the Indian bowling as they got bundled out for 261 and India chased the target of 75 with ease and registered an eight-wicket victory over the Australia Women.
