Republic Day 2023: Hardik Pandya To VVS Laxman, Cricketers Extend Wishes

India is celebrating its 74th Republic Day, this is the day when our constitution came into force. On this day in 1950, the Indian constitution was legally adopted. Republic Day is celebrated with great enthusiasm across the country. Many sportspersons took to their social media handles to extend their wishes.

The Indian all-rounder Hardik Pandya took to his Twitter handle and wrote, "Happy Republic Day to all that are part of this amazing nation".

Former India cricketer Mohammad Kaif wrote a wonderful para that said, "Nothing gives a sportsperson a bigger high than being able to hold aloft our tri-colour with pride, lots to celebrate about our great nation's rise on this the 74th Republic Day #HappyRepublicDay"
 
India's Test specialist Cheteshwar Pujara extended his heartiest wishes to all by saying, "Happy Republic Day Jai Hind!"
 
The BCCI secretary Jay Shah also came up with a tweet that read, "74 years strong! Greetings on the occasion of #RepublicDay."
 
Former India legend VVS Laxman also tweeted, "Greetings on India’s 74th Republic Day. A day to remember the sacrifices of all those who have contributed in the making of our great nation."
