PSL 2024: Updated Points Table, Most Runs & Wickets After Islamabad United vs Peshawar Zalmi

Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2024 updated points table, highest wicket-takers, run-scorers list after Islamabad United vs Peshawar Zalmi PSL match.

Islamabad United faced Peshawar Zalmi on Monday, March 4, at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium in Rawalpindi in the 20th game of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2024. After losing the toss, Shadab Khan-led Islamabad United were put in to bat first and posted 196-4 in their 20 overs. Peshawar Zalmi could only manage 167-9 in 20 overs leading to Islamabad United winning  by 29 runs.

Shadab Khan emerged as the hero with the bat, smashing an impressive 80 runs off just 51 balls, which included four fours and six sixes. 

After their victory, Islamabad United climbed to the third position from the fourth in the standings. With three wins and an equal number of losses in seven games as Peshawar Zalmi, they currently hold a Net Run Rate (NRR) of +0.337. On the other hand, Peshawar Zalmi have dropped to the fourth position from the third. They have won three out of seven games and have an NRR of -0.480.
 
Multan Sultans maintain their lead at the top of the points table with six wins in seven games and an NRR of +1.133. Following closely behind, Quetta Gladiators secure the second position with four wins in six games and a net run rate of +0.313.

Usama Mir from Multan Sultans maintains his position as the leading wicket-taker on this list, securing 15 wickets in seven matches thus far.
