Lions Pakistan were off to a stellart start as both their openers (Abdullah Shafique and Imam-ul-Haq) notched up impressive half-centuries and they laid a good platform for the middle order to captalise upon, which they did comprehensively.
Imran Khan Niazi struck one of the fastest centuries in the history of the tournament, as his unbeaten 56-ball ton, alongside Khusdil Shah's blistering 73 off 45 helped Shaheen Afridi' side put up a massive score of 367/6 at the end of their innings.
In reply, only Fakhar Zaman and Agha Ali Salman stood out for the Mohammad Rizwan-led side, as they notched up crucial half-centuries but were not paid their dividends for all the hardwork they did, with Markhors Stallions falling short off the target by 37 runs.
