India vs West Indies, 2nd Test rain prediction: India will square off against West Indies in 2nd Test of the two-match IND vs WI Test series at Port of Spain, Trinidad, from July 20th (Thursday) onwards. After suffering a humiliating innings and 141-run loss in the opening Test, hosts West Indies will look to save face, avoid an embarrassing white wash in the second Test. Meanwhile, India vs West Indies 2nd Test marks an important occasion as it will be the 100th Test between the two countries in the history of Test cricket. 

The second Test of India vs West Indies Test series will also be a momentous occasion for batting legend Virat Kohli as he will play his 500th match for the Indian cricket team in international cricket. Kohli will become 10th player in world cricket to attain the feat and 4th Indian player after Sachin Tendulkar, Virat Kohli and MS Dhoni to reach the milestone.

As per weather.com, there's a 52% chance of rain on day 1 of IND vs WI 2nd Test, 49% on day 2, 51% on day 3, 47% on day 4 and 41% on the fifth and final day. The weather forecast for all five days is gloomy and it is highly likely that rain causes a major threat to the 2nd Test in Trinidad. A maximum temperature of 31 degrees Celsius and minimum temperature of 25 degrees Celsius are forecast for all five days of India vs West Indies 2nd Test.

Rohit Sharma & Co. won the opening Test by a huge margin of an innings and 141 runs in Dominica, last week. This is team India's first away win of the World Test Championship 2023-25 Final.
