India have been sublime in the ongoing ODI series against England, as batters have found their 'mojo' a week before the commencement of the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 to be held in Pakistan & UAE.
Indian batters were heavily struggling for form. Only the likes of Yashasvi Jaiswal and KL Rahul showed promise in the recently-concluded BGT 2024-25 series in Australia, rest all failed to step up when it mattered the most.
Indian white-ball skippers have found much-needed momentum in the series as Rohit Sharma (captain) smashed a scintillating ton, whereas, Shubman Gill (vice-captain) continues to excel with yet another well-made half-century.
The middle order too, has found it's solidarity, with Shreyas Iyer and Axar Patel scoring vital runs at crucial stages.
The only worry for the side right now is the horrific form of star batter Virat Kohli, who continues to flop with yet another cheap dismissal in the 2nd ODI.
The 3rd ODI against England will be the last match for the Indian side before they depart for the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 campaign. India are grouped alongside New Zealand, Bangladesh, and fierce-rivals Pakistan.
