At start of Day 5's play, England required 257 runs to win with only six wickets in hand. The hosts never really had the momentum on their side with Aussie pacers Mitchell Starc (3/79) and Pat Cummins (3/69) bowling remarkable spells to rattle England's top-order until Stokes played a blinder to bring his team back in the game.
