The Champions Trophy 2025 has officially begun, with the Indian cricket team set to face Bangladesh in their opening match on February 20 at the Dubai International Stadium. The final of this 19-day tournament will be played on March 19.

For the first time in ICC history, the Champions Trophy tournament will be broadcast live on 16 channels in India, covering nine languages, including English, Hindi, Marathi, Haryanvi, Bengali, Bhojpuri, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada.

The Champions Trophy is one of the most prestigious tournaments in cricket. The tournament kicks off on February 19. Eight teams will compete for the title: Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, New Zealand, Afghanistan, England, Australia, and South Africa. Sri Lanka and West Indies failed to qualify for this edition.

The teams are divided into two groups:

Group A: Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, New Zealand

Group B: Afghanistan, England, Australia, South Africa

Champions Trophy 2025 matches will start at 2:30 PM IST, with the toss at 2:00 PM IST. Fans can catch the live broadcast on Star Sports Network, while live streaming will be available on JioHotstar.

Initially, Pakistan was set to host the tournament entirely, but India declined to travel due to security concerns. As a result, the Champions Trophy 2025 will follow a hybrid model, with India playing all its matches in Dubai (neutral venue).

If India reaches the semi-final and final of Champions Trophy, then those matches will also be held in Dubai.
