Gudakesh Motie stood out among the West Indies bowlers, finishing with figures of 10-0-28-3, while Alzarri Joseph and Romario Shepherd claimed two wickets each.

In response, the West Indies were bowled out for 175 in 43.3 overs, with Keacy Carty top-scoring with 40 runs off 51 balls. However, the rest of the batting lineup couldn't contribute enough. Josh Hazlewood and Sean Abbott impressed with three wickets each, with Abbott earning the Player of the Match award for his all-round performance.
