Remedies For Lord Saturn On Amavasya, November 30

  • On the conjunction of Margashirsha Amavasya and Saturday, bathe Lord Saturn with mustard oil, adding black sesame seeds to the oil. Offer black or blue clothes and blue flowers. Then, chant the mantra "Om Sham Shaneshwaraya Namah." These remedies should be performed after sunset. It is believed that this reduces the negative effects of Saturn.
  • Chanting the Hanuman Chalisa on Amavasya is highly beneficial. Through its power, Lord Saturn is pleased, and devotees of Lord Bajrangbali are protected from hardships.
  • On Amavasya, it is essential to worship the Peepal tree. In the morning, offer milk and water at the root of the Peepal tree. Place five sweets on five Peepal leaves, then light a ghee lamp and circumambulate seven times. In the evening, chant the Shani Stotra under the Peepal tree. It is believed that this remedy helps remove financial difficulties and resolves ongoing problems in one's job.
  • On the conjunction of Saturday and Amavasya, donate mustard oil, black sesame seeds, clothes, blankets, and shoes to those in need. As it is the winter season, donating woolen garments is especially beneficial.
