- 4 Piece Hard Boiled Eggs
- 1 Piece Onion (finely chopped)
- 2 Piece Tomato (pureed)
- 2 Piece Green Chillies
- 1 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 2 Pinch Turmeric Powder
- 2 Pinch Garam Masala
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 1 Cup Coconut Milk (optional)
- Coriander Leaves
- Salt
Cooking Instructions
Take a pan and heat oil in it. Add in cumin seeds and wait for them to splutter.
Saute onions until they are golden brown, then add ginger garlic paste and slit green chillies. Cook till its fragnant.
Add in tomato puree and cook till the oil separates.
Add coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix everything well.
Pour in coconut milk or water to get the consistency of gravy. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
Add in the hard boiled eggs and wait for them to soak in the flavours.
Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with fresh chopped coriander.
