As polling for 70 assembly seats in Delhi elections began on Saturday, some of the early birds were the who's who of the capital . External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar, Union Health Minister Harsh Vardhan, CM Kejriwal, Bollywood actress Taapsee Pannu and others have cast their votes so far.
