CMF is the affordable sub-brand by Nothing and like the parent company, CMF's first phone, the CMF Phone 1 was launched in India on Monday amid a lot of hype. CMF Phone 1 comes with a polycarbonate back panel with a matte finish. It gives the impression of a faux leather back, but it is plastic. This design language sets it apart from many modern smartphones with sealed bodies.

CMF Phone 1 demonstrates that CMF is dedicated to presenting a fresh take on smartphones. One of the distinctive features of this smartphone is its detachable rear panel. To remove the back panel, users need to remove four screws, a process that typically takes a few minutes.
