"All Indian Nationals and PIOs who can move out of Tehran using their own resources are advised to move to a safe location outside the City," the embassy said in a post on X.

Iran-Israel War Latest Updates

Israel and Iran continue to exchange intensive strikes. Israel’s Operation Rising Lion, launched on June 13, employed over 200 aircraft and drones to target more than 100 sites, including Iranian nuclear and military facilities in Tehran, Natanz, Tabriz, and Kermanshah

US President Donald Trump has positioned himself as a key mediator. He's advising Tehran to evacuate non-essential personnel, advocating for returning to nuclear negotiations, and praising Israel’s military stance against Iran's nuclear program.

Israel's Prime Minister Netanyahu remains firm on dismantling Iran’s nuclear and missile capabilities and has even hinted at targeting Iran’s Supreme Leader.

Meanwhile, Iran's Supreme Leader has vowed vengeance, and both parties appear unwilling to back down, risking a wider regional conflict .
