Hamas Commander Visited JeM Headquarters In Pakistan Days Before Pahalgam Attack, New Video Reveals

A video has emerged showing a meeting between Hamas commander Khalid Qayoumi and top Jaish operative Rauf Asghar just three days before the Pahalgam terror attack.

In a key development in the ongoing investigation into the Pahalgam terror attack, ABP News has accessed a video that reveals a new link between terror outfits Jaish-e-Mohammed, Lashkar-e-Taiba, and Hamas. Footage dated April 19, three days before the Pahalgam attack, shows a high-level meeting at the Jaish-e-Mohammed headquarters in Bahawalpur, Pakistan, attended by Hamas commander Khalid Qayoumi and top Jaish operative Rauf Asghar.

The video captured outside the Jamia Subhanallah mosque within the Jaish HQ compound shows Hamas commander Qayoumi arriving in a black vehicle surrounded by heavily armed Jaish militants. A Jaish flag is visible on the car, and their propaganda songs could be heard playing through speakers.

This meeting is being seen by intelligence sources as significant in the planning of the Pahalgam terror attack. Earlier, ABP News reported on the Lashkar-Jaish-Hamas nexus, citing Intel inputs about a February 5 meeting held in Rawalakot, PoK. That meeting, attended by Hamas representatives and top leaders from Jaish and Lashkar along with brother of Jaish chief Masood Azhar, where, according to sources, the idea of replicating the 7 October Hamas-style attack in Kashmir was discussed.

The day after that 5 February meeting, Lashkar deputy chief Saifullah Kasuri, Jaish operational head Rauf Asghar, and Hafiz Saeed’s son Talha Saeed met again at the Jaish HQ. ABP News has obtained video footage of them sitting together and delivering speeches. LeT Deputy Chief Kasuri publicly claimed that their campaign in Kashmir would soon produce results.

Subsequently, on April 18, another gathering took place in PoK involving Lashkar, Hizbul Mujahideen, Harkat-ul-Jihad-al-Islami, and Jaish operatives. During this meeting, the commitment to launch fresh attacks in India was reaffirmed, and children dressed in Hamas-style outfits were handed toy guns in a symbolic gesture referencing the 7 October attacks.

Intelligence Agencies Probe Meeting Between Hamas And JeM

With this new April 19 video, the timeline of the Pahalgam attack becomes clearer. Indian intelligence agencies are now closely investigating the exact details of the meeting between Hamas commander Qayoumi and Jaish’s Rauf Asghar, who has been linked to several previous attacks in India.

Moreover, the 19 April footage challenges Pakistan’s repeated claims that no terror activity occurs on its soil. Jaish-e-Mohammed is not only banned by India but also designated as a terrorist organization by the US, UK, and United Nations. The sight of Jaish militants operating openly in Bahawalpur, flaunting flags and providing security for a Hamas commander, exposes the deep-rooted terror infrastructure still active inside Pakistan.
