Viral Sach: This DSP brings her daughter along on night patrols?

New Delhi: A viral post claiming Raipur’s DSP Archana Jha patrols the city at night with her toddler daughter. We investigated the reality of the post. The photograph in question shows a policewoman holding a girl child in one hand and walky-talky on the other. The caption of the picture reads “Meet Archana Jha who is a DSP of Raipur. She patrols the city at night with her daughter. Many women leave their career after getting married or becoming mothers. But she has set an example. This is incredible. Salutation to this woman!” When we investigated we found that this picture is of Archana Jha. This picture was taken on February 13 at around 1: 30 am. ABP News talked to the officer. She said she keep her daughter with her. Her daughter is 4 year old. She even keeps her daughter with her while on duty. She says she could take better care of her daughter if she was with her. Archana’s husband is a lawyer in Bilaspur high court. She said the picture was 2-3 months old. At that time she had to go on routine patrols. She said she took her along whenever she had a night shift. She said her in laws also lives with her so it is rare occasion when she has to bring her daughter along. This picture is true.
