Viral Sach: The reality of Asaduddin Owaisi and Amit Shah’s picture of friendship

New Delhi: A viral post is being circulated on social media that says BJP President Amit Shah and MIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi are friends in reality. To support the claim, a picture is being circulated with the message in which they were seen shaking hands. What is the reality of the post? This photo is of October 19, 2014 when BJP won Maharashtra and Haryana assembly elections. When PM Modi had reached BJP headquarters, Amit Shah was already present to greet him. Amit Shah had garlanded PM Modi and was shaking hands with him to celebrate the victory. In the viral post, some miscreants morphed Owaisi’s photo in the original picture, thus replacing PM Modi with Owaisi. Since, it was a photo-shopped picture, the message is false.
