Two personal security officers have also been provided to the woman complainant in the case, said UP ADG.

New Delhi: Six police officials have been suspended over laxity on the issue of politician Shrikant Tyagi, an accused of assaulting and abusing a woman inside a housing society in Uttar Pradesh's Noida, said UP ADG (law and order) Prashant Kumar as reported by news agency PTI. Meanwhile, two personal security officers have also been provided to the woman complainant in the case, said UP ADG.

"The in-charge of the local police station has been suspended. Besides him, a sub-inspector and four constables have also been suspended for laxity in work," the ADG said.
