Nissan GT-R launch delayed to December 2

New Delhi: Godzilla fans, hold on just a little bit longer! The GT-R that was slated to launch in Novemberwill now hit showroom floors on December 2. We're sure the supercar shamer needs no real introduction, but here's a quick roundup nonetheless.
Believe it or not, the GT-R is close to a decade old. Naturally, Nissan want it to bow out with a bang, and have duly updated it for - what we assume is - the final time. In its latest iteration, the supercar kicks things up a notch yet again, and has become even more powerful. While it houses the same 3.8-litre twin-turbo motor, output has been bumped up to 565PS. The added horses, coupled with the six-speed dual-clutch automatic and Nissan's ATTESA E-TS all-wheel drive system, gives it a 0-100kmph time of just 3 seconds. There have been cosmetic updates as well, in order to keep the GT-R in tune with the times.
It gets the new family signature 'V-Motion' grille, while carrying over trademark elements like the gill on the fender and the four-pod tail lamps. Nissan has decluttered the interior by reducing the number of buttons around the centre console. It's a likeable blend of performance and luxury. There's a new 8-inch touchscreen system, which displays parameters such as coolant temperature, engine oil temperature, engine oil pressure, turbocharger boost pressure and a whole lot more, other than the usual audio, calls and navigation. Bookings for the Nissan GT-R are already underway. When launched, it is expected to carry a sticker price of Rs 2 crore. Source: cardekho.com
