Nissan Motor India has organised a week-long free service camp that will be held from 24 to 31 July 2018 across all Nissan and Datsun outlets in the country. Customers can avail free 60-point car check-up, top wash and up to 20 per cent discount on labour charges. The Japanese automaker is also offering discounts on accessories along with assured gifts for customers. Nissan and Datsun have also added child safety seats in their official accessory list. During the course of the camp, this seat will be offered at a 10 per cent discount. Here’s the carmaker’s official statement about the camp.

Nissan announces attractive offers in its 9th edition of ‘Happy with Nissan’ service camp

NEW DELHI, INDIA (JULY 23, 2018): Nissan, today launched the 9th edition of ‘Happy with Nissan’ service camp for its customers across India. During the ‘Happy with Nissan’ week starting from July 24-31, 2018, customers can avail attractive discounts and special offers across all Nissan and Datsun outlets in India.

Commenting on the occasion, Sanjeev Aggarwal, Vice President - After Sales, Nissan Motor India Private Limited., said,” We strongly believe in offering superior sales and after sales services to our customers. ‘Happy with Nissan’ is a customer outreach initiative that serves as a platform for us to proactively connect with our customers. We have successfully serviced nearly 1.5 lakh customers over the years through this initiative. And, we aim to delight all our Nissan and Datsun customers with great after sales service offers during the 9th edition of ‘Happy with Nissan’.”

As a commitment towards the safety and convenience of its customers, Nissan has also introduced safety-certified child seat. Equipped with features like side-impact protection, 3-position recline, and a 5-point safety harness to add extra protection, the child seat can be retro-fitted as an accessory across all Nissan and Datsun models. Nissan and Datsun customers can also avail 10% discount on the ‘Child Seat’ during the‘Happy with Nissan’ week.

The one-week long service camp also includes a 60-point free vehicle check-up, free top wash attractive discounts on accessories, up to 20% discount on labour charges and assured gifts for customers. Additionally, it will also provide customer-focused communications about the benefits of authorized Nissan and Datsun service centers and the use of Nissan genuine spare parts, oils and accessories. Since the start of the campaign in 2014, Nissan has successfully serviced around 1,00,000 customers through this initiative.

‘Happy with Nissan’ campaign is a testament of the long-standing success of the initiative through the years. As per the recent J.D Power 2017 India Customer Service Index (CSI) Study, Nissan and Datsun have been ranked among top 6 auto companies in India for customer satisfaction.
