Mulayam is the most experienced leader: Akhilesh Yadav

Azamgarh(UP): A day after Samajwadi Party supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav said the chief ministerial candidate will be decided by elected party legislators after the 2017 UP Assembly election, Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav on Saturday said that his father must have said it after giving it due consideration. "Netaji is the most experienced leader of the country and state, if he has given any statement he must have said it after giving it due consideration...I had said in the assembly that I will present the next budget....Samajwadi Party will form its government after the next polls"," Akhilesh who was here to take part in a wedding function told newspersons who sought his reaction of his father's comment. Mulayam Singh Yadav had yesterday remarked "Chief minister will be decided by the elected party legislators and parliamentary board. This is our job. This is not your (media) work." Taking questions from mediapersons, Akhilesh said he was not in a position to say anything when asked whether he too has be beware of traitors like Sultan Tipu. Akhilesh also goes by the pet name of Tipu in family and friend circles. On the recent poll survey putting Samajwadi Party on the third spot after BJP and BSP, Yadav said that a small sample size was quizzed in the survey had they surveyed a big group the result would have been different. "If a survey is conducted in Azamgarh then we are winning all the 10 seats in the district and the next government will also be that of the Samajwadi Party", Akhilesh added.
