BJP Branding Muslims, Activists As Anti-Nationals; Want To Ban My Party As I Raise Voice: Mehbooba Mufti

Hitting out at the saffron party, Mehbooba Mufti on Sunday asked who is 'Hindustani' in this country if everyone is terrorist and anti-national.

Former Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir and PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti has alleged she is being targeted as she raises her voice on all issues but "the problem will continue till the restoration of Article 370." I am repeatedly told that Article 370 is being talked about since my release. But what can I do about that. Until and unless the Kashmir issue is resolved, the problem will remain and persist. As long as they do not reinstate Article 370 the issue won't be resolved. Ministers will come and go," the PDP Chief said. Attacking the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) led central government, Mufti on Sunday accused the party of branding different communities as anti-nationals. "They call Muslims as 'Pakistani', Sardars as 'Khalistani', activists as 'Urban Naxal' and students as members of 'Tukde Tukde gang' & 'anti-national'." Hitting out at the saffron party, Mehbooba Mufti asked who is 'Hindustani' in this country if everyone is terrorist and anti-national.
"After we decided to participate in DDC Election, the degree of oppression has increased in Jammu & Kashmir. Candidates of PAGD are confined and are not allowed to go out for campaigning. How candidates will contest if they are not allowed to canvass?" PDP Chief further said, as quoted by ANI. This remark from the PDP Chief came days after state government started investigation in the much talked about Rs 25,000 Crore Roshni act scam and revelations were made that Mufti's Jammu office is built on the grabbed land.
