CM Akhilesh Yadav takes a jibe at PM Modi, Amitabh Bachchan says 'he should stop advertising for Gujarat's donkeys'
Uttar Pradesh: Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav on Monday while addressing a rally in Uttar Pradesh’s Rae Bareli in a very poetic way lashed out at Prime Minister Narendra Modi and actor Amitabh Bachchan.
While addressing the rally, Akhilesh hit out at PM’s Mann Ki baat and said, “It’s high time PM stops doing Mann Ki baat and focuses on important things”.
Akhilesha also said, “Modiji respects Ganga a lot, I would like ask him to swear and tell if Varanasi receives 24 hours of electricity or not”.
Not just PM Modi, Akhilesh also took a snipe at Amitabh Bachchan, who is the brand ambassador of Gujarat Tourism for a very long time.

Taking a jibe at Bachchan, Akhilesh said, “I would request Amitabh ji to stop advertising for donkeys of Gujarat”.
The latest advertisement of Gujarat tourism features many donkeys and actor Amitabh Bachchan. Akhilesh, during his rally mocked the ad and described it at length via poetry.
