Topper of his batch, Shah Faesal had founded the party named as JKPM after leaving the civil services in 2019

His twitter bio said on Sunday evening, "Edward S Fellow @HKS Harvard University, Medico. Fulbright. Centrist."
As per the latest development, few reports have claimed that Faesal might pursue education abroad after calling it a quit to the politics, however, some of his party leaders have maintained that the change in Faesal’s bio should not be seen as him quitting politics.
Meanwhile, An India Today report quoted JKPM senior leader Feroz Peerzada saying as "It is confirmed that he has decided to step down and the leaders of the party have hence given the responsibility to run the affair to me."
“We don’t know what exactly he will do. He has been talking about going for studies to the United States. There are also reports of his joining back the administration. We don’t know exactly as of now,” Feroz Peerzada added.

Faesal had topped the 2010 civil services exam following which he was allotted his home cadre of the IAS. Topper of his batch, Faesal had founded the party named as JKPM after leaving the civil services in 2019, but things changed in the erstwhile state after the government decided to remove the special status of J&K in August last year by announcing abrogation of Article 370.
