Prashant Kishor Again Rakes Up JD (U)-BJP Link, Dares Nitish Kumar To Ask Rajya Sabha MP To Quit
After Nitish Kumar's party broke ties with the BJP to form an alliance with RJD in Bihar, the two former party colleagues have hit out at each other over their previous link with the BJP.
The war of words between Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and political strategist Prashant Kishor does not seem to end. A day after the Bihar CM rubbished Prashant Kishor's claim that he was still in touch with the BJP, Kishor dared Nitish Kumar to ask Rajya Sabha Deputy Chairman Harivansh Narayan Singh, an MP from Janata Dal United, JD(U), to quit his post.
Taking to Twitter, the political strategist wrote, "Nitish Kumar ji if you have nothing to do with BJP / NDA then ask your MP to quit the post of Deputy Chairman of Rajya Sabha."
#NitishKumar ji if you have nothing to do with BJP / NDA then ask your MP to quit the post of Deputy Chairman of Rajya Sabha.

You can’t have both ways all the time.
After Nitish Kumar's party broke ties with the BJP to form an alliance with Lalu Prasad Yadav's Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) in Bihar, the two former party colleagues have hit out at each other over their previous link with the BJP.
Earlier, on Wednesday, Prashant Kishor claimed that Nitish Kumar's channels with BJP are not closed even as he left the NDA in August.
"It is difficult to understand if he (Nitish Kumar) has come out of the alliance, why one of his MPs is still holding an important position in Rajya Sabha. So as far as I know, Nitish Kumar has not closed his channels with BJP," Kishor was quoted as saying by ANI.
"As far as I know, Nitish Kumar is surely with Mahagathbandhan but hasn't closed his channels with BJP, biggest proof is that Rajya Sabha Deputy Chairman Harivansh, who is a JD-U MP, neither resigned from his post nor the party asked him to do so or action has been taken against him," he added.
Later on Friday, Nitish Kumar slammed Kishor for making such comments and said he doe it as a "publicity stunt"
"Kindly don't ask me about him. He speaks for his own publicity and can speak whatever he wants, we don't care. He's young. There was a time when I respected him...those whom I respected had disrespected me," said the Bihar Chief Minister, as reported by ANI.
