'Picture Abhi Baaki Hai Mere Dost’: Nawab Malik Tweets After Aryan Khan Gets Bail In Drugs Case

His remarks came after Aryan Khan as well as Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha were granted bail by the Bombay High Court.

New Delhi: With the Bombay High Court granting bail to Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan in the drugs-on-cruise case, Maharashtra minister and Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader Nawab Malik on Thursday escalated his attack on the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) and said “picture abhi baki hai mere dost” (the picture is still not complete, my friend).

“The picture is still not complete, my friend,” he tweeted in Hindi.

His remarks came after Aryan Khan as well as Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha were granted bail by the Bombay High Court.

The three were arrested earlier on October 3 in connection with a cruise rave party.

Malik, whose son-in-law Sameer Khan was arrested by the NCB in an alleged drug case earlier on January 13 this year, has embarked on a mission to expose the central agency.

He levelled serious allegations of extortion and forgery against NCB Mumbai zone chief Sameer Wankhede - the investigating officer of Aryan Khan’s case.

Reiterating that the case against Aryan Khan was a false case, Malik earlier said: “They were deliberately framed by (Sameer) Wankhede. The case can be quashed if the accused approaches the high court with evidence.”

Malik further said “the officer (Sameer Wankhede) who arrested them has approached the High Court with a plea that the Mumbai police should not be allowed to investigate the complaints against him”.

“Police said if we have to arrest him, then a prior notice of 72 hours will be issued in advance. Till yesterday, he was requesting the Mumbai police not to arrest him and today approached the high court. He is the same officer who requested security from the Mumbai police and now what has changed within a week he lost his faith in Mumbai police. It is a fact that he has done forgery and thus is scared of the police,” he added.
