SRK's Son Aryan Khan To Walk Out Of Jail Soon As Bombay HC Grants Him Bail In Drugs Case
The Bombay High Court has granted bail to Aryan Khan in connection with the alleged rave party case.
Mumbai: In a major relief for Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan, the Bombay High Court on Thursday (October 28) granted him bail in connection with the alleged cruise ship case, according to ANI. The court has also granted bail to Arbaz Seth Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha after hearing the argument of all the sides for three days.
Former Attorney General of India Mukul Rohatgi, who is representing Aryan Khan, had concluded his argument before Justice N.W. Sambre on Wednesday (October 27). Arbaz Seth Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha's lawyers had also presented their case before the single bench of the High Court yesterday.
Rohatagi, while interacting with the media, said that the detailed order will be given on Friday. "The detailed order will be given tomorrow. Hopefully, all they will come out of the jail by tomorrow or Saturday," Former AG Mukul Rohatgi was quoted as saying by ANI.

Mukul Rohatgi, while addressing the media, said that Aryan would come out of Mumbai's Arthur Road Central Jail after the order is released from the Bombay High Court.
What Happened In Court Today?
Additional Solicitor General of India Anil Singh, who is appearing for Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), gave replies to the arguments of the accused's advocates at the Thursday's hearing. He told the court that Aryan Khan is a not first-time consumer of drugs, according to ANI. Singh added that the star kid was in touch with the drugs peddlers.
"Defence has spoken about testing. Why testing? Our case is not of consumption but of possession. Accused one was in conscious possession of drug," Singh was quoted as saying by the news agency.
