People Of Rajasthan Will Work Towards PM Modi's Dream Of Developing The State: Ashwini Vaishnaw
Speaking on the 55th death anniversary of Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay, the minister said Dhankya station in Jaipur will be built in the form of the BJP ideologue.
New Delhi: Union Minister for Railways, Telecom and IT Ashiwni Vaishnaw on Saturday thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the Centre’s budgetary allocation of Rs 9500 crore for Rajasthan Railways and said the people will work towards PM Modi’s dream of developing the state, news agency ANI reported.
“Government has allocated a record Rs 9,500 crores in budget for developing Rajasthan’s railways. I thank PM on behalf of Rajasthan’s 7.5 crores of population. People of Rajasthan will work towards making PM’s dream of developing Rajasthan,” ANI quoted the Union Minister as saying.
Speaking on the 55th death anniversary of BJP ideologue Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay, the minister said that the people of Dhankya village in Jaipur have made some demands and said that he would direct the Railway officials to work on it immediately and build Dhankya station in the form of Pandit Upadhyay’s memorial.

"PM Modi has taken a Sankalp that every part of the country must be connected with Vande Bharat Express. In April-May, the design for Vande Bharat Express will be made for the people of Rajasthan,” the Railways minister added.
Earlier, speaking at an interactive speech at the Times Litfest, Vaishnaw said a strong foundation is being created to make the country a developed one so that the future generation gets a chance to live in an advanced nation.
"The passion to build a nation. The passion to take society ahead. The mindset to lay a strong foundation for the country is different. It has a risk-taking ability. It has the passion to accept the biggest challenges," the minister said.
He further added that work on Vande Bharat trains started in 2017. It was a very complex task to design the machine but despite innumerable challenges, the first Vande Bharat made its way in January 2019.
