New Delhi: A night curfew has been imposed along the International border in Jammu and Kashmir’s Samba district, as reported by the news agency ANI on Wednesday.

“It will be applicable from 9 pm to 6 am in areas up to 1km from the International Border. Appeal to people not to move unnecessarily and carry documents during emergency travel,” Deputy SP, SOG, J&K police was quoted as saying by ANI.

The prohibitory order would remain in force for two months from the date of its issuance, if not withdrawn/rescinded earlier.
