Night Curfew Imposed Along International Border In J&K's Samba

A night curfew has been imposed along the International border in Jammu and Kashmir’s Samba district. The prohibitory order would remain in force for two months from the date of its issuance.

New Delhi: A night curfew has been imposed along the International border in Jammu and Kashmir’s Samba district, as reported by the news agency ANI on Wednesday.

“It will be applicable from 9 pm to 6 am in areas up to 1km from the International Border. Appeal to people not to move unnecessarily and carry documents during emergency travel,” Deputy SP, SOG, J&K police was quoted as saying by ANI.

The news agency reported that the prohibitory order would remain in force for two months from the date of its issuance, if not withdrawn/rescinded earlier.
