Mumbai: Sushant Singh Rajput’s Neighbour Arrested By NCB In Drugs Case

The NCB officials had earlier conducted a raid on Shah’s residence in Mumbai’s Malad area, but he was not found there.

Mumbai: The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has arrested late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s neighbour Sahil Shah alias Flacko in connection with a drugs case.

The NCB officials were constantly in search of Shah, who was on the run for the last nine months.

The NCB officials had earlier conducted a raid on Shah’s residence in Mumbai’s Malad area, but he was not found there.

Earlier in April last year, the NCB had arrested drug dealers Ganesh Shere and Siddhant Amin in connection with this case related to the late Bollywood actor.

Shere had during the investigation revealed Shah’s name to the NCB officials post which the raid was conducted.

34-year-old Rajput was found dead hanging from the ceiling fan in his home in Bandra, Mumbai, earlier on June 14, 2020.

Starting with the Mumbai Police, Enforcement Directorate (ED), Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) were brought in to investigate various angles in the actor’s death.

The reason of Rajput’s death has, however, not yet been officially declared by the investigating agencies.

Earlier on January 21 this year, the late actor’s family members, friends and Bollywood celebrities remembered him on his 36th birth anniversary.

Abhishek Kapoor, the director of the late Bollywood actor’s first movie ‘Kai Po Che!’, shared a heartfelt post and wrote in Hindi on social media, “जनम दिन मुबारक जानैमन (Janamdin Mubarak Janeman). तेरे जैसा ना कोई है और ना कभी होगा . जय भोलेनाथ (Tere jaisa na koi hai aur na kabhi hoga. Jai Bholenath).”
