‘Mera Ghar Mera Hak’: The reality of EMAAR MGF projects in Gurgaon

New Delhi: Your channel ABP News is continuing its campaign ‘Mera Ghar Mera Hak’. This time we have found the truth of another big builder EMAAR MGF. We reached out to people who have bought flats in two projects of the company to know their anguish. At Gurgaon’s Sector 65, the company has constructed luxury floors. The name of the project is Emerald Hills. The project only has villas and floors. Though it is ready, but still the buyers are not getting possession of the houses. Emerald Hills was launched in the year 2009. It was promised that floors would be handed over to buyers in 2012. However, floors and villas are still not being delivered. Another project by EMAAR MGF Emerald Estate was started in 2009. It has not been finished as of now. The company has replied to ABP News through email. The company said they are huge projects. The company is developing the projects in phases. And the delivery would also be given through phases. The company also said that company has already offered possession of plots to buyers. The company is also keeping the customers abreast about the development of the projects.
