Losing Aadhar Card Won't Interrupt Your Legal Work, Know How
UIDAI has changed a rule to ensure that no work is left pending due to the loss of the Aadhaar card. As per UIDAI, people can use other options to handle necessary work.
Nowadays, the Aadhaar card has become the necessary document for all Indians. Many government and non-governmental work without the availability of an Aadhaar card can get stuck. For this reason, people have now become more aware of the importance of Aadhaar. The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) has recently changed a rule to ensure that no one's work is stuck in case someone misplaces his/her Aadhaar card.
As per UIDAI, people can use other options to handle necessary work even if they don't have an Aadhaar card. According to UIDAI, e-Aadhaar, M Aadhaar, Aadhaar letter, and Aadhar PVC cards are also valid in case of non-availability of Aadhaar card. Through these, you can complete your required work. The Aadhaar card is issued by the Unique Identification Authority of India.
Important things about other documents
- The Aadhaar version downloaded on the Aadhaar letter or the general paper is also valid. If you have a paper Aadhaar card, you don't have to pay and get a smart card.
- If your Aadhaar card is lost, you can download your Aadhaar card for free from the official website of the UIDAI. The Aadhaar card does not have to be printed on plastic or PVC.
- MAadhaar (mAadhaar) is an official app for Aadhaar card. Your copy of Aadhaar can be safely protected in this app. If you don't have an Aadhaar card, you can use this app to complete your work. This app provides more than 35 Aadhaar related services.
