BJP's Rallying Cry For 2024 Lok Sabha Elections To Be 'Teesri Baar Modi Sarkar, Ab Ki Baar...'

2024 Lok Sabha Election: The BJP has adopted a new slogan for the General elections the party's rallying cry as the NDA is set to face off with the I.N.D.I.A. bloc led by the Congress.

In preparation for the upcoming 2024 Lok Sabha elections, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is gearing up for the battle to secure a third term. During a meeting of senior party leaders held in New Delhi on Tuesday, the BJP has adopted a new slogan for the General elections. According to sources, the party's rallying cry for the elections is "Teesri Baar Modi Sarkar, Ab Ki Baar 400 Paar (Modi government for the third term, this time will cross 400 seats)".

The decision was made during an extensive meeting, which lasted over two hours and was chaired by BJP's National President JP Nadda. The meeting was attended by key figures such as Union Minister Bhupendra Yadav, Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, General Secretary Tarun Chugh, and General Secretary Sunil Bansal.

The newly coined slogan reflects the BJP's ambitious target to secure over 400 seats in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.

Lok Sabha Election 2024: BJP Plans Nationwide Tour Involving Top Brass

Party sources reveal that a nationwide tour is being planned involving key BJP leaders, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, and BJP President JP Nadda. Prime Minister Modi's campaign will begin after January 22.

In addition to the slogan, the BJP has also announced the appointment of coordinators and co-coordinators at both the state assembly and Lok Sabha levels.

The meeting took place on the heels of a larger gathering of senior BJP leaders earlier this week in New Delhi.

This isn't the first time the BJP has strategically employed a slogan to resonate with voters. In the 2014 Lok Sabha elections, the party rallied under the slogan "Acche Din Aane Wale Hain" (Good Days Are Coming), while the 2019 elections saw the slogan "Phir Ek Baar Modi Sarkar" (Once Again, Modi Government) as well as "Ab ki baar 300 Paar" (This time we cross 300 seats) shaping the party's narrative.

As Prime Minister Modi asserts the trust people have in the BJP and confidence in his government's hat-trick win, the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) is set to face off against the Indian National Democratic and Progressive Alliance (I.N.D.I.A), a coalition of opposition parties, including Congress, Trinamool Congress, DMK, and Aam Aadmi Party.
