Kalinga-Utkal Express derails: Is accident caused due to negligence of Railways?
New Delhi: In a fatal incident, Kalinga-Utkal Express has met with an accident near Khatauli in Muzaffarnagar district of Uttar Pradesh on Tuesday around 5:50 pm. 14 coaches of the train derailed.
NDRF teams are mobilized for rescue operation.

The train was going from Puri to Haridwar. The train was scheduled to reach Haridwar at 9 pm on Saturday.
