Apart from India, many countries of the world have also approved Covishield. These include big countries like France, Argentina, and Switzerland. A new record has been set in India regarding the corona vaccination. India broke its own old record by giving more than 1 crore 32 lakh vaccine doses in a day.

On August 31, 1 crore 32 lakh 45 thousand 266 doses were administered in a single day.

India has given 1 crore 35 thousand 652 first doses and 32 lakh 9 thousand 614 second doses. Thus India has given 65 crores 32 lakh doses so far.
