Learn from Delhi's AAP govt how to improve in education sector: Karnataka CM to ministers
Responding to this, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said that Delhi government would be very happy to share the experience of his government to improve the education sector in Karnataka.
New Delhi: Karnataka Government led by Chief Minister and JD(S) leader HD Kumaraswamy seems roused with Arvind Kejriwal led Delhi’s Aam Aadmi Party government; as the former believes that the latter is doing an excellent job in the education sector.
In a fresh order disseminated by Kumaraswamy to its ministers, the CM has asked them to learn from Delhi’s AAP government, how to improve itself in the education sector.
Kumaraswamy has ordered its education department to study the measures taken up by the Delhi government to modify the education sector.
The same came to light after an official tweet was put from the Twitter handle of Karnataka Chief Minister office; which read “The CM suggested that officials study the steps taken by Delhi Govt and submit a report recommending ways to improve the quality here in Karnataka”.
“Recruitment of teachers, maintenance of school buildings & infrastructure issues were among the points discussed in the meeting”.
Responding to this, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said that Delhi government would be very happy to share the experience of his government to improve the education sector in Karnataka.CM HD Kumaraswamy directed officials of the Education Dept to submit a comprehensive report on improving the quality of education in govt schools. The quality of education is topmost priority of the govt. There must be no compromise in that regard, the CM said in a meeting.
