Maharashtra: Small Trainer Aircraft Crashes In Pune, Pilot Injured
IAF Aircraft Crash: A small trainer aircraft of the Indian Air Force crashed in Pune leaving the pilot injured.
New Delhi: A small trainer belonging to a private aviation school crashed in Maharashtra's Pune district on Monday, said the police, reported news agency PTI. The pilot of the aircraft has been injured in the mishap, the news agency reported further. The incident took place at Kadbanwadi in Indapur tehsil around 11.30 am, he said, adding that the aircraft, belonging to a private aviation school, took off from Baramati airport in Pune.
As per the report quoting official, the pilot, Bhavna Rathod, received minor injuries and was admitted to a hospital for treatment and added that the aircraft has been damaged.
