IndiGo Airlines has announced the cancellation of flights to and from several northern cities as a precautionary measure amid escalating tensions between India and Pakistan. The suspension will remain in effect until 11:59 PM on May 10, 2025.

Flights operating to and from Srinagar, Jammu, Leh, Amritsar, Chandigarh, Dharamshala, Jodhpur, Bikaner, Kishangarh, and Rajkot have been temporarily suspended. IndiGo noted that it is closely monitoring the situation and is in constant coordination with relevant authorities.

Meanwhile, Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGI) in Delhi is facing major air travel disruptions as escalating tensions between India and Pakistan lead to the cancellation of more than 130 domestic and international flights, as per a report on India Today. The disruptions are linked to enhanced security measures and the temporary closure of several airports across the country.
Despite the cancellations, operations at Delhi Airport remain active. Passengers are advised to stay updated through their respective airlines and allow extra time for security procedures.
