Last year, in December, our Siwan District President Arif Jamal was shot dead.  Nitish Kumar, if you are done fighting over the power, do some work. Why are only our leaders the target? Will their families get justice?"

Speaking about the attack, Sub-divisional police officer Pranjal Kumar said: "Some bike-borne miscreants shot a person. SIT has been formed and raids are being done to arrest the accused. The deceased is an AIMIM leader. We are working on this case."

Earlier, in December last year, Arif Jamal, the district president of AIMIM, was assassinated by bike-borne criminals in Siwan district. The police apprehended one of the suspects, who is believed to have slain Jamal.
