Caught On Camera: Guards In Noida Society Thrash Resident Over Security Complaint

Noida: A man living in a posh housing society in Uttar Pradesh's Noida city suffered head injuries after the security guards assaulted him with sticks over his complaints regarding security arrangements and maintenance issues.

A case has been registered after the incident, which took place at Lotus Boulevard falling under Noida’s Sector 39 police station area.

The Noida Police have promised to take strict action post the untoward incident, which was caught on camera by residents of the premises.

An officer said that a police team rushed to the spot on receiving information about the incident.

The officer said they have spoken to the residents’ too in this regard and assured action will be taken against those involved in this attack.

The uniformed guards can be seen hitting a middle-aged man with sticks in one of the visuals that has gone viral.

The visuals show some people intervening and asking the guards to leave.

As the guards begin to walk out, the assaulted man grabs a cane and hits one of the guards.

The guards’ later charge back at the man with one of them grabbing him and the others hitting him with sticks.

The guards continue to hit the man even after he starts bleeding from his head.
