At least four terrorists are said to be trapped in the area, where the major anti-terror operation was underway. Jammu and Kashmir DGP Nalin Prabhat visited Kishtwar district today to  review the anti-terror operation and assess the ground situation and operational strategy, PTI reported.

"Contact has been established with terrorists during a joint operation with police at Chhatru in Kishtwar this morning," the Indian Army's White Knight Corps said in a post on X.
