DELHI SHOCKER: 91-Year-Old Man Who Was Locked In Refrigerator, Found Murdered

The incident occurred on Saturday night and as per the initial probe, the domestic help who is the prime suspect in the case, wanted to extort ransom from the elderly couple.

New Delhi: The 91-year-old  man who was kidnapped by his domestic help on Saturday from South Delhi’s Greater Kailash 2 area, by locking him inside a refrigerator, has been found dead.  The body of the retired government employee named Krishna Khosla, was buried by the murderers in Sangam Vihar area. The incident occurred on Saturday night and as per the initial probe, the domestic help who is the prime suspect in the case, wanted to extort ransom from the elderly couple. The victim was kidnapped by the accused person(s) and they locked him inside a refrigerator last night, news agency ANI reported citing sources. The case has emerged as a shocker for people because of the method involved in the perpetration of the crime. The suspect named Kishan worked as a domestic help at the residence of the elderly Khosla couple living in Greater Kailash. On Saturday, the couple was reportedly drugged by the suspect who then locked up the 91-year-old man in the refrigerator and carried it away in an auto-rickshaw with the help of his accomplices. They left the old woman in a drugged state at her residence, who when gained consciousness informed the police on Sunday morning. Kishan had been working at the residence of Khosla since last one year.
