New Delhi: Air Chief Marshal VR Chaudhari on Friday said that "we are witnessing a rapidly evolving international order that is being challenged by a complex multi-polar world with little or no regard for rules." While addressing the Capstone Seminar, he also describes how the battlefields have changed and said that "coercion is new strategy with cyber, information & space domains becoming new battlefields," news agency ANI reported.
In his keynote address, Air Chief Marshal said, “We're witnessing a rapidly evolving international order that's increasingly being challenged by a complex multi-polar world with little or no regard for rules or the traditional processes of geopolitical interplace."

“Diplomacy, economy & information are becoming primary tools for engagement with military instruments used as deterrents. Coercion is a new strategy with cyber, information & space domains becoming new battlefields”, ANI reported.

The first Warfare & Aerospace Strategy Program (WASP) is being held by the Indian Air Force, and it was culminated today with a Capstone Seminar at the Air Force Auditorium in New Delhi. The College of Air Warfare and the Centre for Air Power Studies are in charge of organising the seminar.
In addition to helping "IAF leadership to validate the desired outcomes," the Capstone Seminar will highlight the learning goals of WASP, according to a news statement issued by the Ministry of Defence. Participants will deliver papers on current issues relating to the use of air power in recent wars as well as the evolving “doctrinal precepts that establish the dominant role of air power in national security".
